What Photos Can I Send You?

This is of course the most important choice that you’ll make and the best advice is to choose a digital photo that is of the best quality. The portrait can only be as good as the photo.  The higher resolution the photo has, the better (anything over 1MB is fantastic). However, don’t fret. We have worked with photos taken from mobile phones. Just keep in mind that the clearer and more in-focus your photograph is the better the portrait will be. The photograph(s) you send to me should be clear and sharp. I can only draw what I see, therefore if the details are blurry or of low quality, the pencil portraits will reflect this. However, when a high-resolution image is not available and the painting is based on a blurred photo, I do my utmost to convey the likeness of the person(s).
